Here is what you going to learn
I trained 100+ team members across my journey as part of my passion
From training freshers to guiding professionals on mid career change to C-level consulting, I have helped people as a way of Giving back. I say to myself this as Knowledge Sadaqah/Waqf. In simple, knowledge as charity.
This Year 2022, through Digital, I set a target to train 100 Students and Optionally provide internship opportunities or help them to get their first job in tech companies.
Hi!
This is JK Baseer, founder of iStrata Digital Sdn Bhd. And co-product owner of Tradly.app (A platform to launch two-sided marketplaces, commerce, and community apps)
Throughout the journey from working in a company for the last 10 years to mentoring interns across my experience, I found out that there are fundamental skills that every fresher or someone who is entering into a tech company should possess.
When you don’t possess this, it takes a lot of time to involve them in the company process and also wasting time to figure out how companies/team work together. This slowdown the real learning what they should be.
When you possess these skills, it’s going to be easy to start collaborating with teams + can spend time wisely on learning core Job skills instead of time spend on fundamentals of team collaboration.
What I envision from this short guidance course is whichever the company you join, the day 1 itself you should have already familiarised about different management (task, time, people, communications, and information). So instead of depending on your teammates on how to do this fundamental things, you will spend time on how to solve company challenges and product you're going to work with.
In the video coming next, I'm not going to speak theories but basically show the real things on how Tradly team works together. You will see all the internal systems of Tradly, so you get a realistic experience.

" I’m so grateful to be able to build a product from ideation, and hopefully see this edutech marketplace launch in the future! I was able to pursue my passion for education, and I’m really happy I was able to. Thank you to everyone who I got to work with, from developers to business analysts! After this internship I am definitely more prepared to be a lifelong learner.
My first product management internship will always be memorable! "

"Today was last day of my internship. It was a challenging and instructive months for me. As said if you want to grow up you need to make your hands dirty. I Would like to thank @JK for giving this opportunity to me. I have learned so much things, everything was so new and so challenging for me. I feel lucky to be part of this team."
-VOLKAN, TURKEY
"I have been on and off in this internship since January and I got to learn a lot about working with remote teams. What I'll take away from here is the learning about the importance of effective asynchronous communication and documentation.
JK has been amazingly passionate and helpful through out the internship - actively finding opportunities for my field of interest. Also a big thank you to @Thahaseen & @Anees for their help along the way...
Hopefully, I will get a chance to work with this team again."
-MICHAEL, INDIA
"JK is a very focused individual and far-sighted leader.
During my internship, he always made himself available to hear views, ideas, and feedback.
He's really creative and thinks out-of-the-box and encouraged his team to do the same. Moreover, he's always willing to share his vast knowledge with others
Given a chance, I would like to work with him in the future"
